FLEXI CLAY Modified Clay Material is a new revolutionary building material after Ceramic, Porcelain and Granite. FLEXI CLAY is modified soil made and bonded together by using only low heat temperature in its manufacturing process. Under low carbon manufacturing process, we use only recycled materials such as left over concretes, soil, yellow soil and red soil. The natural characteristics of the soil remains giving the benefits of fire retardant, breath-ability, non-toxin, durability and recyclable.

FLEXI Clay is made from a blend of unfired clay and sand. Their known abilities to regulate relative humidity (RH) make them very attractive. Next to air tightness and embodied energy, breath ability is possibly the most critical consideration in building design. FLEXI Clay is Flexible, Anti-skid, Water proof, Light, Thin (2.0mm), Durable (50years), easy to install, can be used on any existing or fresh surface, can absorb and desorbs indoor humidity faster than any other building material. FLEXI CLAY products come in different shapes and sizes; either in roll form, individual piece form, board form and panel form by using the mold and press system or roll casting system. FLEXI CLAY is designed for both Indoor and Outdoor purposes and gives your building a unique and beautiful look.

Flexiclay’s products are durable having both highly malleable range of products at one end to also reasonably solidly hard products. Yet Flexiclay’s products can also be made into a flexible and realistic feel characteristics.

MCM Flexiclay’s products come with the shapes in a lot of form, individual piece form, board form and panel form by using the newest 3D printing system or mould roll casting system. Yet, the natural characteristics of the soil remains giving the benefits of A-Grade fire retardant, breathability, non-toxic, durability and totally recyclable.
